The absolute best... The clerical staff was so sweet and helpful. All the nurses were amazing, caring and empathetic. Doctor Sukys and anesthesiologist Dr Khan are the best! Felt comforted leaving my Baby boy in their professional care.. All the way to the Sweet Nurse who wheeled is to the car!!!!! Forever grateful To all the Huntington Hill Staff! Thank You!

As always, the check-in process is fast and flawless with help of the front desk persons, so professional. The procedure was done by highly qualified specialist with great care and assistance. The facilities are wonderfully maintained and all is made to make the patient feel at the best whatever his/her condition. A great thank you.

My recent experience at Huntington-Hill Imaging Center-Fair Oaks was very positive. From check in to the completion of my procedure, it was professional, on-time, friendly, and informative. I had begun to check in via the Kiosk but the person at the registration desk called me up as soon as she was finished with the patient before me and we completed any remaining parts of the check-in process. I waited perhaps 7-8 minutes in the waiting area which I feel is a reasonable length of time. Not having to wait longer helped minimize any nerves I may have been feeling about having the procedure done. The tech/aid Megan brought me back to the room for my procedure. She was very friendly and provided information clarifying the procedure and ended up answering many of the questions I walked in with but ended up not needing to ask. After answering my other questions, I was prepped for the procedure and then Dr. Emmy Yoshida, the radiologist came in and we had a little bit of further discussion before the procedure was done. I felt that great care was given to have me be as comfortable as possible before and during the procedure. I was given written after care instructions after they were briefly discussed with me. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional which helped put me at ease to having the procedure.

Again I was given absolutely no instructions or information until I went in for the actual test. The guys administrating the scan were great. I learned a lot from overhearing the attendant in the space next to mine. He gave the patient a lot of information which I never received.

I had a very positive experience getting my MRIs at Huntington Hill. Thuy checked me in at the front desk and was welcoming, kind, and made the process easy. My 6 a.m. appointment was great -- the waiting room was quiet, peaceful, and clean. Tom performed my MRIs and communicated well throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Before leaving, I spoke with Quinn at the front desk about when I'd receive my images, and he let me know they'd be uploaded to my portal. He was warm and friendly too. I'm grateful for such a smooth and positive experience. Thank you.
