I wanted to thank the ladies at the Pasadena reception and also the scheduling dept in Covina office for "going the extra mile" to try to get my stress ECG completed before I needed to leave for a special trip. They also let me charge my cell phone so I would have power to make important calls after I left their office. Jordan at the Covina office deserves a special thanks for taking the time to explain how the Loop Recorder I needed to wear was operated and how to troubleshoot and actually fix any issures which came up. His presentation was very clear, concise, and easy to understand and simple to remember. Best I have ever had. Very professional and patient person. thanks
