An excellent experience top to bottom. Dr. Jacobi is clear, competent and empathetic. I came into his office in a state of extreme distress and left feeling significantly better and confident in my course of treatment. And his office is run beautifully by a truly caring and accommodating staff.

Absolutely the best !!! Highly recommend Dr Jacobi and his wonderful staff. My husband has been his patient for a few years and he always takes time and is extremely thorough with every visit. We also loved the fact that my husband could have cardiac testing done right there in his office and not have to be referred to another physician as Dr Jacobi is triple board certified he's got you covered. I am a registered nurse for many years and I was beyond pleased with his care and expertise. We have relocated out of California and have actually considered flying back to see him... he is going to be impossible to replace.

Today was my first time at Dr. Jacobi's office. I have nothing but great things to say about my visit. His staff is very very nice, friendly & helpful. I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The reception area is tastefully decorated and calming. The icing is Dr. Jacobi. He is thorough and never did I feel rushed. He took the time to explain every step of my care plan. And asked me did I have any questions. I received his name on an accident from my primary care physician's nurse. I was actually looking for a gasterontologist and she accidentally gave me Dr. Jacobi's name instead. It worked out because the cardiologist I had an appt with couldn't see me for a month. While on the phone , I asked did they have any openings sooner? Thank God they did! So I am so glad they were able to fit me in with Dr. Jacobi the next week. I am very PLEASED!

From scheduling appointment,reception and office visit it's been a great experience all the times I've been there. Everything is perfectly on time and Dr Jacobi himself takes enough time to listen to all my concerns and respond to it quiet honestly. I'm happy my friend recommend him to me and very glad to have a trusted family physician.

Dr Jacobi and his staff are so kind & professional. Dr. Jacobi really listens and takes the time to understand whatever you're facing. I've never been to a doctor like him. He's always been prompt in seeing me and I've never felt like I was being rushed through.
