Dr. James T. Wu

In 2008, I had a Bronchial Cyst removed by a Cedars Sinai Surgeon. Ten (10) years later (2018), The Bronchial Cyst returned in my Chest Cavity, and Dr. Wu had to clean up the damage of scar tissue that the Original Surgeon created, and he permanently removed the Bronchial Cyst. For approximately 5 hours, Dr. Wu worked aggressively and diligently so this problem wouldn't reoccur. Dr. Wu is amazing, and by far the best Thoracic Surgeon hands down. Furthermore, I had my yearly checkup two (2) days ago, and upon reviewing the disc, I wasn't able to perceive where I ever had a dilemma with my health. Without having the surgery, I wouldn't be here today to write about it. Thank you Dr. Wu for prolonging my life.

Hi Everyone! I just had my surgery (Thymectomy) done by Dr. James Wu. Just this Feb. 27, 2023. I am so pleased by his work and how he cares for his patients. His hands are blessed by God. He was able to take out all of my Thymus Gland that was causing my Myasthenia Gravis. Even if his seceretary is gone he still answers the call himself. What an amazing Surgeon. God bless you Dr. Wu!

Dr. Wu is highly professional medical skilled with conscientious and responsible for his patients. My lobectomy of lung surgery was very successful and fast recovery six years ago. I follow up with him every year and everything is good. Dr. Wu is a trustworthy great doctor. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr James Wu performed a upper lobectomy on my almost 70 year old father when he was diagnosed with Stage 3a cancer in 2016. It is October 2018 and he is still alive and NED. We changed our primary oncologist to City of Hope and they also mentioned that the surgeon did a great job. Our family considers Dr. Wu one of our angels! Thank you Dr. Wu for all that you do.
