Dr. Chris is an excellent doctor, one of the best. His office staff is one of the worst. I was billed $375.00 for a five minute phone call from the doctor to only tell me my tests come out fine (that's $4,500 per hour). My insurance will only pay $165.00 for a five minute phone call ($1980 per hour). I guess $2000 per hour is not enough. Another thing, I arrive for my 10am appointment time but cannot be seen until nearly 3pm because overbooking. Now the office staff has sent me a bill for all the co-pays I made during my visits. The office staff would ask for a co-pay, I give them cash, I don't get a receipt, now I get a bill for all those payments. Office staff are pocketting patients money.
