The staff sits on urgent referrals and never follows up with the patients . I have been calling since 3 weeks and not yet scheduled inspite of my timelines. If no appointments are available, the staff should have the courtesy to call me back and schedule a tentative appointment. Every single time I call, I have to explain when the referral was sent and which doctor referred me and why. The scheduling is not at all patient centered. This department is labeled as the best in South Bay . But a disappointing start of care.
