02.2023 + 02.2024 Daughter had her 1st & 2nd Heart Surgery (Cardiac Ablations) at Stanford Cardiology Surgical Center by Dr. Mohan Viswanathan, all doctors, PAs, RNs, etc staff were EXCELLENT. All very courteous, well mannered, excellent bedside manners, caring, just wonderful. If you're having heart surgery Stanford Cardiology is to be trusted without reserve. Dr. Viswanathan has to be one of the best Arrhythmia Specialists anywhere! He is so complete and thorough, he makes his patients feel well cared for. He specializes in, amongst a variety of Disorders and Syndromes, Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome (WPW), a congenital disorder causing SVTs (Supraventricular Tachycardias) which can cause sudden death, ie surfer Kalani David having passed from it at 24 yrs old. I was diagnosed with Afib (Atrial Fibrillation) in December 2024. After researching treatment options, I learned that the most effective approach is catheter ablation. I was fortunate to find Dr. Mohan Viswanathan at Stanford Medicine, thanks to the helpful Google reviews that led me to the best ablation specialist in the Bay Area. From my first meeting with Dr. Viswanathan, I knew I had found the right doctor. He was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain that atrial flutter often accompanies Afib. He assured me he would address both conditions during the procedure if needed. Dr. Viswanathan's team was equally impressive--professional, responsive, and supportive throughout my care. The procedure went smoothly, and as anticipated, Dr. Viswanathan treated both Afib and atrial flutter. The post-ablation recovery process also went well, and I felt very well cared for by Dr. Viswanathan and his team. Today marks six months since my ablation, and my test results are excellent. I feel as though I have regained my life. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Viswanathan's expertise and care, as well as for the exceptional support from his team. I hope this review helps others facing similar challenges find the guidance and care they need.

Dr. Viswanathan evaluated my husband spent a great deal of time with us on our first visit. He did surgery on my husband. His heart works perfectly and after a year was off of all medication. We cannot thank The Dr. and Stanford health care enough for the outstanding service and great results. It makes us very proud to be part of the Stanford family.

He is the best of best EP ( Electrophysiology) cardiologist: 1) top knowledge; 2) top experience; 3) top research; 4) top teaching; 5) top caring, patient: he explained very thoroughly with pleasant altitudes. He is trustworthy and makes me feel very comfortable. I'm willing to put my life on his hand; 6) excellent pre- op prep; 7) excellent post - op follow up; 8) excellent function and manipulate all kinds of the top medical devices; 9) approachable for making appointments; 10) again Dr. V is the best of the bes EP cardiologist.
