This man actually has compassion and knowledge. My son passed away in our hometown and he tried finding us but could not. I was in Pali Alto and went to the clinic and was told I could not see him. I told the receptionist to just tell him I was there. She came back and put me in his office and he came in a few minutes later and we talked for about 20 minutes and I never felt like he had 1 foot out the door the whole time. Can't say enough about this man.
