Coachella Valley Imaging Palm Springs

An imagining center is not a place someone would want to just hang around at. But if you must go, this center is great. Everyone is totally professional! Never a long wait, wuick results and the entire staff that works there is amazing! Highly recommended!

I was greeted promptly filled-out some forms, had a small wait in the waiting room and everyone was wonderful. The tech took me into a dressing room gave me the instructions where to put my clothes and how to get dressed told me to come to the next door to the room. When I was ready and they were there ready for me gave me the instructions on the bed. I was in and out and no more than 15 minutes. And part of that one5 minutes was waiting 6 minutes for the dye. They had to use to reach its intended location. Very good, I'd recommend them.

Per my doctor's request, I had a full abdominal ultrasound this afternoon at Coachella Valley Imaging, across from Desert Regional Hospital in Palm Springs. They were able to schedule my proceedure within two weeks of my doctor's request, while also providing me with clear pre-op restrictions, and an easy-to-understand description of the procedure. The front office was friendly, organized and efficient with sign in. My technician lead me to a private operatory right on schedule and began immediately. Like the rest of staff, she was friendly, respectful and efficient... completely proffessional with a great "bedside manor", I was dressed and out the door 30 minutes later. The best imaging experience I have ever encountered.

The Facility had a multifaceted approach tandem, creating a positive work environment back and front office personnel with direct patient interaction allowing for a smooth operation and correlation. The technologist's propensity was edifying and prowess knowing her craft with consummate accuracy, precision , sublime professionalism my appointment was at 8am, and was punctually able to have my examination completed within 5-10 minutes kudos to the team. Thank you and keep up the formidable guest services.

The gal and assistant doing the U/S for my 90 year old husband's bladder were so kind and professional, I highly recommend this place. From the reception desk to the technician they were all very attentive to my husband's needs. Thank you for a great experience of wonderful customer service which is hard to find these days.
