The minute I walked in I was greeted by front desk lady. Gave medical cards and chart to fill out quickly. Waited maybe 20 minutes in lobby. Woman who took me back very pleasant. She took my vitals and we had a nice conversation. Waited about 10 minutes for NP to come in. Again very kind and caring. Definitely recommend and will go back.
Excellent experience for urgent care. Very nice and professional staff all around. Much better than most urgent care facilities for handling the required paperwork. Diagnosis was quick and spot on. We are from out of state and our experience here was all positives.
Quick, caring and professional. I went in this morning after I made a last minute appointment on their website at 8am (when they open) and I got checked in within 5 min and I waited for maybe 10 minutes for the nurse, then the doctor saw me about 10 minutes later. I was treated with kindness and care by the entire staff and I left after an hour feeling so much better! Thank you to the entire staff for the actual urgent care!
Would definitely recommend this clinic. Everyone here is super friendly. The doctors are so thorough with their exam and explanation. So rare to find a doctor that actually listens to you. 10/10 service all around :)
I wish I had known about this place sooner because it is the Best Urgent Care I've been to here in the Desert for the 30 years we've lived here. We went on a Sunday and got right in and out within an hour or less. Very professional and staff was great! I Highly recommend this place !!!
