Tower 3 nursing staff are not as attentive as before. There's no unit clerk so they have to cover the clerical work that they neglect patient care. The hospital is swamped with Residents, Fellows, and it's very rare for patients, regardless of the severity of the illnesses, to actually be treated by the attending, which is the fellows or residents 'teachers. Trash cans are not picked up every day. Labs that are promised are not being performed. I believe that UCI health is not the same as the UCI Health the community used to know. Patient care no longer feels like the hospital priorities.
