Steven Kang, M.D.

Dr. Kang is the most knowledgeable cardiac doctor in his specialty. He is very thorough in his assessments and spend time to listen to his patients. My Mom has complete confidence in him and greatly appreciate his effort of helping her. Thank you Dr. Kang.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Steven Kang. Right away he struck me as an expert in his field, and I soon had proof of that. He discovered that I was having a bad reaction to a certain, well-known blood-thinner, which was causing ulcers in my stomach. The solution was the tricky insertion of a device called a watchman. It has proved a wonderful success. I appreciated his clear, advance explanations of what he and a GI specialist were going to do and his careful checks afterward to make sure the small operation had gone well.. He is courteous and thoughtful, and gives the impression that he truly cares about his patients. He behaves as if he had all the time in the world to focus on your health and doesn't hunch himself over a computer without ever meeting your eyes or bolt away after a sly, quick glance at his watch. He's the kind of doctor that I believe regards his work not as a mere 9 to 5 job but as a calling. I regard it as a great privilege to have such an outstanding physician as my cardiologist.

Dr. Kang and his staff in his Antioch, CA office were great. There was no wait time(I was his first appointment) and was promptly called at the appointed time. The nurse was very personable and professional. Dr. Kang is very knowledgeable, competent and patient during his examination. He answers all questions and has a calm demeanor. This visit was a good experience.

Dr. Kang works WITH us and always listens to our concerns. He is my 85 year old mother's Electrophysiologist and we are extremely grateful for the outcome from care he provides, along with his wonderful team: physician assistants and medical assistants. Thank you so much Dr. Kang!
