I had a video visit scheduled and was unable to enter it due to cellular phone issues. I was unable to reach anybody from Sutter on the phone either. When I finally was able to get through on the phone, I was told that Dr. Lavelle doesn't have any video visits until October so I should stay with a Live visit September 3. I asked if they would add me in the cancellation list. Difficult trying to get seen with a scary new diagnosis
