If I could give this place 0 stars I really would. Please trust the negative reviews that you see. Never in my life have I felt deeply uncomfortable by a doctor. My experience with this doctor has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. From my very first appointment, he interrupted me repeatedly and even googled my symptoms in front of me instead of providing knowledgeable care. His front desk staff is just as unprofessional.. one older front desk woman actually told me to "seek God" after I explained I was at my appointment bc I was not feeling well. That alone was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. The appointments themselves barely feel like real appointments. They check your vitals, rush through everything, and then Dr Kim simply stacks medications without explaining anything. He also failed to inform me of important results -- I later discovered on my own that I was prediabetic and low on iron because he never told me. On top of that, he raised his voice at me during visits and repeatedly told me I was "too young," instead of addressing my actual health concerns. Any time I needed a refill, his staff never communicated the message correctly, leaving me without my serious cardiac medication. Please trust the negative reviews. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and I genuinely regret it. I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for thorough, respectful, or competent care.

I found this doctor's professional conduct to be severely lacking. The physician was dismissive and showed a clear unwillingness to listen to my concerns or acknowledge how I felt, making me feel ignored and uncared for. The appointment consisted solely of standard tests followed by a quick dismissal. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against seeing this doctor.

This doctor is rude, , unprofessional, unempathetic and disrespectful. He's unable to listen and to communicate. Worst Man with Worst service. Very sad that I west my time to go there and experience this bad experience I've ever seen.

Been very patient with trying to get a referral from Dr. Kim to urology at UCSF for months for my father in law, UCSF says they need an authorization code or a reference # for the patient's health insurance and Dr. Kim's office has not provided this even after multiple follow up calls.

I had an extremely unprofessional conversation with an office member. I was seeking information regarding becoming a new patient and was quickly dismissed and told "I am very busy and goodbye." However, I expressed that there was a lack of clarity and that I still required support. Happy to have dodged a bullet and avoided seeking medical support from this team.
