I had a wonderful experience at Lucita MD. The front desk staff was efficient and helpful from the moment I arrived. Daisy the medical assistant was very kind and made me feel at ease. NP Jennifer was an incredible listener who made me feel completely heard and cared for. The whole team was sincere and truly dedicated to providing great care. I highly recommend this office.

Clean office and the staff are very friendly and work well together. I definitely felt heard by the entire health care team. Absolutely love the placement of plants in the waiting lobby. Front office staff does a great job making sure you are ready for your visit and confirming the appointment. I was seen within a good time of my appointment time. Definitely exceeded my expectations and I left feeling very confident that I am in good hands. Thank you for answering all my questions.

We are very happy how Dr. Cruz handles our concerns all these years my parents in laws were under her care. Emails are replied upon the next day if not the same day. All her staff especially Jennifer is always on top of things and gets back to you in a timely manner. The office is clean, and everyone observes safety health protocols even to these day. Her staffs are very courteous & kind especially to elders. Manager Jun is almost always ready to assist in any way he can. Thank you all for you hard work. God Bless.

I was a new patient to Dr. Lucita's office yesterday. It was a great experience. Super clean office and very friendly and helpful team - with front office and Carleena in the back and my first visit with Jennifer (N.P.). I felt reassured and happy with the first time visit. Would recommend!

I had a great experience with the ladies in the office. Everyone was very professional and Cynthia and Jennifer made me feel very comfortable. They gave me great insight and got all my paperwork for my labs done. (: The ladies at the front desk are amazing as well!
