Francis, Claudia, Patsys, they were always positive and friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. They address all my questions. They gave me their full attention. They addressed all of my needs. They helped me find more resources or information about my health beyond the visit.

Everyone that I interacted with was very kinda and knowledgeable, one of the best experiences I've had going to the doctors office.

My appointment went well. I arrived for the Lakeside event which was booked with Veronika Heteniak at the Studio City location. She is considerate and attentive to my medical needs. The office staff is equally attentive and accommodating. I booked another appointment and I very much look forward to it.

I was apprehensive about going to this place due to the numerous bad reviews but my insurance only allowed me to go to this dermatologist. To my surprise, I had the complete opposite of a lot of the negative reviews. Upon walking in and being greeted by the front desk, the ladies, Glenda and Yolanda, were super friendly and efficient in getting me checked in. I was then able to see Veronika, the PA dermatologist and she was so patient and took the time with me. I did not feel rushed at all! They might have taken to heart all the negative reviews and are working hard to make it a better experience, so give them a chance. Thank you ladies for making my visit a positive one!
