Jorge was awesome! He helped me check in, took my vitals, gave me shots, took really great care of me when I got dizzy from the shots, answered all my questions, gave me my meds etc., he was funny, caring professional & attentive. Please hire more people like him. He made my experience delightful. 5 stars!

I'll just lay out what I liked and don't like based solely on my experience , yours could differ? Check in was relatively smooth , I did the pre check in online, however they receptionist didn't know what that was? so I had to do it again... the wait (new patient) wasn't murder, there were about 6 people ahead of me Tuesday afternoon 12:0p I prob waited 35-40 minutes to be takin in. Once in the lady was kind and thorough took my vitals and then walked me into an exam room... the wait for doctor maybe 20 minutes ? He came in pretty laid back which I don't mind he took a look asked a couple questions and said ok I'll order .X-Rays and well get you something for the pain and etc.... Cool ? Cool! Ok then.... This is when the trouble starts! I'm assuming he told someone to get me into X-rays? But they must have been on break? I waited in this dark room for over an hour to get a xrey! After the lengthy stay I simply opened the door to the exam room and stood In the door well someone is bound to notice me? And the doctor came walking by looked slightly confused I'm sure I looked furious! He said "you been to X-ray? I said no. He pulled someone over hay can you take number 3 to X-ray and we walked literally 10' to the X-ray tech! I was very irritated ! But the X-ray guy was cool and that process took all of 30 seconds ... but he explained some of my X-ray and that was nice! Then back to the exam room for another 40 minutes and doc said I'll have a report tomorrow and let's get you a shot for the pain and then another 20 mins wait to get the shot and I'm out... all and all not so bad and my knee feels so good from the shots I didn't fill the script!

Went in for pretty severe trigger finger pain in my thumb, took 2 trips to get an X-ray and can't get a call from Fatima for the MRI. What I wanted was a simple cortisone injection to relieve the pain until I can see my GP. Useless.

I came in on Saturday wanting a physical exam as I haven't done one in years as I don't have insurance. Upon arriving the staff greeted me and I spoke to a lady named Lourdes she explained to me what the physical exam has, and gave me a good price which is helpful as I didn't have a lot of money with me at the moment. The waiting time was decent but every step the staff made me aware if there was a hold up which is nice, so I wouldn't think I was forgotten. I will come again for sure. Thank you Lourdes for the service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This clinic is a $ production facility! I know what good private care is. This place is here to rip people off left and right, our Latino community don't know better, often they don't have insurance and have no option but to resource to clinics like this, this is not OK!! My parents go here because the staff speaks Spanish and they feel comfortable with that. They tell me Dr. Bell is good . I came in for a routine check up and was seen by Kenji a physician's Assistant, he called himself. Dr. When he is not. He looked stressed going from room to room and first thing he said is if I was getting my immigration exam. Not sure where he got that from. That clearly was not my case. He didn't give me time to talk or ask questions or tell him any of my symptoms. He looked rushed He barely did an exam. He goes around touching people without gloves, no sinks in the room for washing hands and he does not look well groomed or clean. I felt very uncomfortable under his care. I want to warn patients to be careful here. When I went in for my results, he asked again if I was there for my immigration documents. My exam showed I have high cholesterol, he said he would give me special diet. I tried to ask him some questions but no time was allowed for time, he left the room and never gave my my diet plan. I paid them $255 for blood work and TB test. I left with no questions answered and no diet plan. Horrible provider. Not coming back!
