The admin staffs got back to me multiple times and slotted me for last min cancellation. I go to my parents Dr appointments all the time. I average about 10+ appointments a month between private practices and big hospitals and admin here are very efficient. Communication to add me as a new patient was seamless and excellent. Then to the nurse Tran. He is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. You can see he enjoys his work and asked detailed questions so that my concerns are well documented. I felt at ease explaining my concerns with him. A Tiffany Huynh was amazing! When referred by my OB I was pretty concerned but Dr Huynh explained how my thyroid system works in detail and what each of the tests means. She also explained why we want certain tests to have specific ranges and what we should monitor going forward. After the ultrasound, Dr Nikravan came in to give his opinion on the ultrasound. He was so friendly and thorough. They are simply amazing! Thank you!

Dr Nickravan is so thorough in his approach to patient care. He has been instrumental restoring my overall health after multiple cardiac stents and orthopedic surgeries . My bloodwork has never been better, as well as weight loss. Hiking a lot (Crystal Cove, Yosemite Mist Trail x2, Bryce and Zion Angels Landing). Working out to get back to surfing...he has been a fantastic doc in partnerships with my other docs to get me to this point. Thanks for my life back!!!!

Dr. Nikravan is highly skilled, with an approachable nature. He explains what he's doing and why in a manner that is understandable and reassuring. I also want to acknowledge that Melissa demonstrated great skill and compassion in how she assisted the doctor.

So disappointed about my interactions with his office help. I was trying to establish myself as a new patient and was told that I could not even book an appointment without filling out multiple forms online, Providing a Providing a credit card number and submitting my records. The process to do this was not user-friendly, and I felt like the office staff was absolutely of no help. Although the reviews online are good for the doctor I'm not sure how he gets any new patients. This process was the worst thing I've ever experienced when someone is going through the stress of health issues, it seems cruel to make it so challenging to get an appointment with the doctor.

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Sean. He is professional, knowledgeable, and cares about his patients. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Sean to anyone looking for a caring and skilled doctor!
