I just had a MRI performed here on Monday the 11th of November 2025.From the moment I walked in,the treatment was absolutely fantastic.Zach,who was working the front desk was absolutely wonderful,helping me in every way with his knowledge and professionalism yet engaging in the most kind ,patient ,helpful and most of all his beautiful nature.Going back to meet my tech Nancy E,things got even better.Nancy met me with a beautiful smile and is a true asset to her profession.She is a pro,takes care of business and truly cares about you and your wellbeing while the procedure is performed. It was a pleasure to meet such caring professionals that go the extra mile to make sure the patient feels safe,comfortable and cared for on a truly individual basis.Thank You so much for making my MRI a piece of cake!! They never pick up the phone. It's impossible to make an appointment 30+minutes on hold is unacceptable. On two occasions I left a clear message on their answering system, yet nobody bothered to return my call. . September 2025

Whoever was working the scheduling desk on oct 31st lacked any customer service skills. She hung up on people, was disrespectful, and would not provide her name to address to management.
