The medical team is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions without rushing, and make sure you leave feeling confident about your care. That level of dedication is rare, and it shows in every interaction . The facility itself is clean, modern, and organized everything flows smoothly, from appointments to labs to follow-ups. You can tell they value efficiency without sacrificing humanity .

Sutter Health is grown to become one of the most hated healthcare locations among a lot many of my friends and colleagues in the Bay Area. There's hardly any availability when you need it, doctors are never on schedule. They'll spend less than half the time you've paid for, and if you ask slightly off topic questions, they'll have their office charge you a second visit! Depending on your insurance you may or may not notice this, but the crazy part is that the whole organization is built on this fraud. I've had multiple scenarios where they've charged me multiple visits during my annual checkup, just because I discussed some concerns. They even did that for my kid. Imagine kids annual checkup, they give you a big questionnaire, and then explicitly ask you to share any other concerns you'll want to discuss, and then voila -- this was a trick you bill you twice in a single visit where the doctor didn't spend a single extra minute and my appointment was just scheduled as a single appointment! See picture. Amazing! I'm done with this shitty organization and will be taking my healthcare needs to privately run practices going forward. Atleast there's trust and transparency, and I'm not feeling like I'm always fighting a big company.

My PCP is good, but I am extremely upset with how my labs were handled at Sutter Health. During my annual physical(in-network), a few routine screening tests were ordered. Without informing me or getting my consent, Sutter sent some of my blood samples to an OUT-OF-NETWORK lab, even though other tests from the exact same visit were correctly routed to an in-network lab. This undisclosed split-routing resulted in a huge, completely unexpected and surprising bill for preventive tests that should have cost me nothing under my insurance. This is unacceptable. Patients deserve clear communication about where their labs are being sent and whether those labs are in-network, not surprise charges caused by internal routing decisions. I am actively disputing these charges with my insurance, Sutter and filing DMHC complaints. I would appreciate a prompt follow-up from Sutter to resolve this.

OBGYN Nurse Practitioner gave me hormones without testing my hormones. I gained a lot of weight, and I am still fatigued. I was asked to meet with a doctor, but they would not do a comprehensive hormone panel without me talking to the doctor. So based on what is this Center treating patients? I'll tell you what it is. They are not trained to test women's bloodwork "unless necessary", which means, that us patients are doing experimental treatment with hormones without knowing if they are needed. The nurses are so so sweet, but they will not accept your knowledge of your own body and you will have to "fight" for your right to get a comprehensive blood panel. You know, its the same for Iron Deficiency as it is for hormones- doctors are clueless and go by decade old treatment protocols. Underlying causes be damned. Hundreds of thousand of women online who have the same problem, but the medical establishment wont change. I am deeply tired all the time and I gained two sizes on their hormone mini pill! I have now decided to take matters into my own hands and pay for my own testing, and own treatment if need be.

Had great experience with the blood draw today. I was told by other places in the past that my veins are thin and hard to find. And I'd get poked a few times before they can draw blood out of me. This time it was so fast and the nurse found my vein in 1 go, amazing!
