I had a great experience with the doctor, she was professional and attentive. However, my experience with the billing department was completely unacceptable. When I called to ask why I was charged for my annual visit, the representative was extremely rude and dismissive. It felt like I didn't even have the right to ask a question! She kept repeating that I had signed a consent form, as if that meant they could charge me anything without explanation. Instead of providing clarity, she was condescending and unhelpful.
Patients deserve respectful communication and transparency when it comes to billing, not hostility. While I have no complaints about the doctor, the unprofessionalism of the billing department makes me reconsider coming back.

I had a great experience with the doctor. However, the billing department was rude and unprofessional. They did not allow me to finish my questions and responded dismissively, saying, 'You take the doctor's time and expect that you won't be charged?' This was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. My primary concern was the lack of clear communication regarding the charges. This was an annual visit but was charged as a regular office visit. In my experience with other doctors, I have always been informed about the charges before the visit, which helps in planning and avoiding any surprises.

Dr Maddineni has been my primary care physician for years now. I could not wish for a better doctor. She is the best! You get an appointment right away, sometimes even on the same day. She is very thorough and caring.

I'm quite happy with this office.
I strongly disagree with the reviews that criticize the office staff. They are always courteous, and went the extra mile for me when I needed to get Dr M to sign off on a lab. They also helped me find an open lab when Labcorp, located at the next window was closed.
I like that Dr. M checks the portal regularly, and that it is easy to get an appointment. She's also very observant, and has not shied away from giving her medical opinion and from criticizing the care I received from past doctors. She also had the insight for me to check out something that other doctors had ignored, even though it turned out not to be a problem.
However, Dr. M has given me two instances of misinformation. First, she incorrectly told me that she couldn't order a urine culture if my urinalysis came back clean. But I told her how to do it, and I successfully got the urine-culture results. Second, she incorrectly and confidently told me that my being on Prednisone wouldn't affect my lab tests for my endocrinologist; it turned out that it did. In her defense, these weren't your every day lab tests. But she could have just referred me to my Endocrinologist.
Still, I think these are minor issues for an otherwise excellent doctor.
