Our appointment with Gastroenterology Department was scheduled for 11:30am. They expect us to show up at 11:15am. We still haven't seen doctor at 1pm. No regards/respect to patients time.

The billing team is the most incompetent I've ever worked with. I kept saying I was out of network until I had to handhold them through submitting the claims correctly and making them finally recognize me as in-network. Had to call multiple times between my insurance and their number, easily spent hours sorting out something the billing department should be skilled enough to figure out on their own. They don't try; give you issues for even a simple insurance change.

This has been a horrendous experience - I've waited for 2 hours at urgent care when I've had a cold. They kept saying I'd be seen "soon" but then I think they forgot - highly unprofessional. Recommend going to basically any other urgent care - really need to avoid this place it's horrendous.

The billing department is very rude and unprofessional. I tried to dispute some charges of lab tests that I did not get any sort of information when they were performed on me and tried to understand the proper procedures, but the lady started to accused me of trying to cheat the system, and taking advantage of free test result and not paying for it.

horrible service, the assistant who talked me via phone is so rude and unprofessional!! Btw, now is August, but the earliest day you can get a n appointment is in middle December even if I got a referral??
