I called the office twice to schedule an initial appointment. The first time I left a message, the second time I spoke with someone who told me that Jasmin will call me back. I never received a call from the office. The third time that I called, a staff member spoke with me and instead of apologizing she was incredibly rude. I never meet the doctor and I was referred by a friend. I believe they need to make some changes with their staff otherwise business will not end well.
Dr. Karahalios has been great in helping me get heart-healthy! Very attentive, informative and thorough.
