The Staff wearing blue scrubs and one of the front receptionist [the petite one with long hair ] were very unprofessionaland rude, I believe the ones in blue are interns but they're not so nice when speaking with patients. They are very rude and have an attitude when they speak to patients or if you ask questions, mind you I dont even ask a lot of questions as it is- im usually quiet but they were rude with us and other patients i saw them interact with, so I can only imagine how they are with people who tend to ask a lot of questions. Its not a good look for the office, the PA's and doctor are really nice and they have patience when explaining in detail procedures needed but theyre kind of clueless on how their staff is. The office is located in montebello but with staff acting that way I had thought I was in downtown LA, im sorry but they had very tacky attitude- even my son noticed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I saw Dr. Nathan Pierce on 12/11/25 for a second opinion regarding turbinate reduction and septum healing. The visit was extremely disappointing. Dr. Pierce seemed disinterested, rushed, and had no intention of having a meaningful patient-doctor conversation. He offered very little explanation and even left the exam room without any polite indication that the appointment was finished. I left feeling unheard and without clarity. I do not recommend this clinic or Dr. Pierce.

My experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. My appointment was at 8 am, I was seen by someone who was not my specialist twice. By the time I was seen by the specialist it was nearly 11 am. I waited to see Dr Trenkle but apparently he was in surgery. When I finally saw someone it was an assistant or student. Then I finally saw the specialist, Dr Peirce, I was explaining the severity of concern and he walked out mid conversation. I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional treatment from medical professionals

Staff are nice but was being told to see another doctor while in the office. It will be nice to be notified prior the appointment and will have time to consider reschedule if needed.
