Dr. Louis Ho - SunJen Medical

Dr. Ho is very outstanding in making sure I feel heard and well cared for. He always takes the time to listen to my health concerns and address them in a way that makes me feel like a person and not just a patient to be seen. He is especially great at explaining my health issues in a way that's easy for me to understand. 10/10 doctor I would recommend to anyone.

Dr Ho is the most patient family doctor I have seen. He really takes his time to answer the questions which I was very impressed. I tend to get really nervous over some small issues and I like to Google to fine out my own answers or treatments. Dr Ho was not at all offended when I asked him about all the information I found online and he explained to me with a great humor. He is super knowledgeable and also very helpful to ease my concern about the issues I have. His staff are also very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they genuinely care and want to help you. I am so happy that I found Dr Ho and I have recommended him to all the friends and families I have.

Amazing doctor!! I am so happy we were able to meet Dr. Louis Ho. He was extremely patient and informative with answering all our questions. Great patient rapport and we felt at ease during all our appointments that were scheduled with him. I saw Dr. Ho when I was dealing with cold symptoms that just weren't improving. He was kind, patient, and really took the time to listen. Even though it was a relatively minor issue, he treated it seriously and made sure I felt comfortable and heard. Dr. Ho explained everything clearly, what to expect over the next few days, and how to manage the discomfort at home. He also made it easy to reach out in case anything got worse. I highly recommend Dr. Ho for anyone looking for a doctor who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about his patients.
