Carmen lacks customer service skills. I've called and left a voice message for her but she never got back to me. I had to call the office again to schedule a follow up appointment weeks later. Whenever I spoke with her she was always rude. Management needs to hire someone else. Your entire job revolves around interacting with patients and their families. UCSF Pediatric Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic is better off replacing her for someone that actually knows how to perform the job competently.
