If I could give this office a 0 star, I would. The providers themselves are fabulous; however, the office staff demonstrates horrible customer service and professionalism. You would think an office that has to deal with patients undergoing significant disease processes would be much more skilled in customer service and patient advocacy. Save yourself the trouble and go through Gould instead of dealing with this medical office.

Dr Wong is IMO, us the best Cardioligist in the county. But the desk receptionist (Licia) is very rude! Appearance very unprofessional . How many negative reviews on the office staff must happen to act on it?????

Dr. Wong treated my husband for approximately 14 years. He couldn't receive better care. I am now a patient of Dr. Wong and I only have glowing references about him. Recently I received a pacemaker which Dr.Hussain did the surgery - no complaints here. Hussain was very kind a d walked me through it.

This place is terrible, front desk is rude and not helpful. You have to wait at least an hour even with an appointment. The staff foe care about their patients and do not go out of their way to help anyone. Appointments are hard to get. The Dr.'s need to open their eyes to see how their patients are being treated.

Front desk rude. And don't park in the wrong spot because doctors will come out the back yelling. And god forbid you need a family member to come with you to advocate for you and they deny it
