Elite Urgent Care - Modesto

Extremely busy (flu season/Monday: to be expected), very through with labs, and other necessary measures to determine cause and treatment. Followed through with pharmacy, kind, and efficient. We met with PA and she listened and gave options. I would definitely go back it was a great experience, and they were slammed busy.

Absolutely amazing care! Staff friendly and knowledgeable and competent. Doctor actually performed tests, bloodwork included to make his diagnosis. Not just randomly prescribing medication that wouldn't have addressed my problem, like my PCP did yesterday. Very grateful for the comprehensive review Dr. Basi provided and looking forward to actually getting better now. Thank you so much!

Had an appt at 9 am. Staff didn't show up to open doors until 9 which is fine but website says new patients should be in 10 mins before appt. Staff was okay, the nurse was friendlier than receptionist and I wasn't seen until 1 hr later by doctor. So that was kind of a waste of time. I didn't have insurance so I did pay the $150 out of pocket. I probably wouldn't return again. This place had high reviews which is why I chose it. I didn't find it that great, still room for improvement.

I always have great to say about elite urgent care. They were caring and passionate and very understanding. The staff is amazing. They definitely care about their patients if I could give more than five stars I would.

The place was clean and I was seen quickly. Some tests were ordered. But I felt like I was not taking seriously. All I want to know if I had an infection in my lungs. Then I got a bill for $33.55. try to call the billing department. And they were not open although it was supposed to be open at the time. I called the front desk and they said they disconnected the billing department phone line because the patients were harassing them about their bills! Something sketchy is going on there! Now I have to go online and contest my bill!
