The surgery department was great! Nurses & staff were winderful and kept us up to date. Surgery waiting room 1 was clean, stocked with water, coffee, chips & granola bars. Very nice! The bathroom are horrible, you need a new housekeeping & janitor team.
The nurses are ok. Not what they should be.. The lack of empathy, personality, skill in most cases and short/rude. They don't listen to hear you. They listen to answer. Not as bad as Oakdale hospital. So that's a one star. Terrible. Scary thought actually. I recommend Memorial North/Sutter health for the better care.
If I could rate it a 0 I would. Horrible services. My mother came and she needed a translator. My mom knows some English so she spoke English and the doctor rudely said "don't speak English that's why I have a translator " in a rude passive aggressive way. They did not want to treat her because they said she needed to see her primary doctor but the primary doctor told her if she had more pain to see the er. The doctors name is NGUYEN PAC.
Went in for open heart surgery. When I woke up in CVICU the staff were extremely attentive. With my walks, medications, helping me wash my body. It takes a special person who loves what they do to care for others and everyone in this unit was great. Daniel thank you for our talks, your care, your attention. Your great man. Alfonso who came over to CVICU was awesome. He cared for me as if I was family and I will always be greatful. Tonya, Adda, Moon and so many more. This experience wasn't easy but y'all made it as pleasant and comfortable as possible! 5 stars isn't enough to give.
My son is paralyzed from the neck down and on a ventilator to breathe. Most of the nurses are rude and don't want to help. He is a patient there right now and he doesn't feel safe in their care. His room was filthy for 2 days. They don't answer his call light and he's paralyzed! They make you feel like your a burden. I could only get the house supervisor to answer the phone once. He was nice. However, before that I left multiple messages for the house supervisor that were never returned
