Dr Tam and Dr Sinha are both exceptional doctors. They both have seen my mom. However Lizzy the secretary (apparently there's two ladies named Lizzy) they blame each other. They don't call me back. My mom has been experiencing major Heart problems. Three heart valves are working incorrectly. I never heard back from the doctor after my mom's TEE. The reason why i even found out about her condition was because I took her to the ER and she was admitted. That's when I finally got my questions answered about my moms result to her recent TEE. Now she has to have a Macroclip done and I still haven't heard back regarding the logistics of her surgery. Zero follow through and zero follow up. I'm truly dissatisfied in the staff. I'm starting to doubt if the doctor even receives my messages. Various calls.

Wasn't impressed with the greeting I received as I walked in , no acknowledgment that I was even there except fill out these forms. First impressions are everything especially when you're a new patient. Medical assistant still no hello no introduction just moved like a robot taking vitals and left. But Dr. Tam was the best. He is the reason for my 4 stars. He didn't make me feel rushed or nervous as I am a very anxious patient. He fully explained details and made sure I understood and felt heard. I just wish his staff was as nice and welcoming as he is.

Visit today was excellent. The office staff were friendly and efficient. Dr Tam was very pleasant and never rushed my time with him. Thank you

Great visit, Dr. Tam spent enough time with me on my first visit to answer "all" my question and concerns as well as recommendations for my treatment as needed going forward, I feel very confident now that I'm under Dr. Tam's care, also, his staff was very polite and helpful

Dr. Tam is amazing. He we so caring, down to earth and explained things so well. If you need a Cardiologist, he would be my choice
