The nurses and receptionists are super nice, and without them and the doctor, this place would be less than a 1 star. But the morning ultrasound technician I was assigned to has the worst manners of anyone I've ever met in the medical field. It was unbelievably appalling. Avoid this place for heart scans unless it's literally the only place you can go to, but it's okay for normal heart checkups. If that experience didn't happen, I'd have given this place at least a 4.

I have been a patient for 9 years and have received great care. He takes time to listen and answer all my questions. They moved to merced now patients don't have to travel to turlock just to have necular tests. I would recommend him

One of the most horrific experiences I've ever had at a medical office. I was referred to this specialist by my primary doctor. Through the course of just being in the waiting room I read a sign that said it could take more than 3 hours to be seen by doctor. Shortly there after, an elderly male patient in a wheelchair comes out of his appointment infuriated. He was stating he was going to report the doctor to the Medical Board of California and that the doctor had horrible bed side manners. I thought to myself, this guy must be insane, little did I know what would be in store for me next. I was there for over an hour with my infant to be told by the doctor she does not see patients with my condition. I'm a very understanding person and an honest mistake like this would have not bothered me, yes it would have been annoying, but I would have understood. What bothered me was the way Dr. Amani talks to human beings without consideration or empathy. She was very short, cut me off, and sent me on my way. I tried my best to keep my composure and not start crying then and there. I noticed a girl in the front office also in the verge of tears. I went to my car and let it all out. I will say that atleast in my opinion the front office staff was very courteous and respectful. I also got to interact with one of sweetest nurses I have ever met which to my opinion is keeping the whole place afloat single handedly. Needless to say there are other providers at this facility that I have not met and can't judge them for the behavior of their colleague.

This place is a joke. Had a visit scheduled showed up at my appointment time just for them to inform me that they chose without my authorization to cancel my appointment and not even contact me. Their bedside Manor and customer service sucks.
