Took me a whole afternoon to schedule an appointment for a mammogram. First, they could not locate a referral for me. Then, when I sent over the referral paperwork via fax, it could not be located in the system, so someone had to go looking for my fax. Once they found it, the couldn't simply put me on hold for a few minutes to enter me into their system, they had to call me back with more questions. Finally, after multiple call backs and voicemails (none were returned), I was able to get a hold of someone to schedule the procedure. Phew.
