Dr. Ellie Tan took the time to listen to my concerns, explain things clearly, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the visit. I appreciated their thorough approach and how they didn't rush the appointment. My father was a patient with Dr. Madrid for many years. I feel that this office failed my father significantly. It was only until I got a new physician involved at this office that anything was done. The administrative office is a disaster. This doctor's office literally built out a new facility and they do NOT have handicap/wheelchair assistance doors. What kind of medical office doesn't have ADA doors and treats disabled seniors? I'm so glad he is out of there.
Came to my doctors appointment that I have been waiting for a while and no one told me they had moved offices i showed up to my appointment and found out their. I called to let them know im going to be late due to the wrong office the girl on the phone said its okay then I show up to my appointment only to be rescheduled. I understand if its my fault but no one told me about the office change and the girl on the phone told me it was okay just to show up and be rescheduled by the front office girl. I explained to her and she didn't care so yes im upset I take time off to see my provider only to be rescheduled due to their miscommunication.
As we just moved to Menifee, California, we had to re-establish a new Primary Physician. So we were assigned to Dr Ellie Tan. And what a pleasant surprise. Dr. Tan is truly a caring and lovable physician and lovable individual. She listened to to my problems and was very explicit with her responses. She's definitely a keeper. I just pray she stays as it's so difficult to find someone else with her pleasant personality. Thank you Dr Tan
