I wish I could give this place a negative star rating. Literally would never ever bring my loved ones here. Sadly my sister got appointed to this place for her 3 kids and it's always been hell coming here. Waiting 2+ hours just to be seen. She has 3 kids under 5. Imagine that in 1 tiny room with no type of AC. This place smells so bad you can tell there's no air circulation. The staff here is horrible, they are soooo rude.( except for 1 nurse I wish I got her name) I'm making sure my loved never come here again. This place should be shut down!

I have been going here for years and usually have had no problems. But for the past couple months, phone nurses have been rude and my issue is not being really attended to. I tried to get an appointment today, I called and they told me to come in, I got there signed in and waited 30min they called me and said I didn't have an appointment, then told me my kids and I could not be seen because we were see last week, and they were unable to see us.

Best Service in town I been to apex and rural health and the ladys (receptionist/MAs) have bad service(attitudes) . And service is the most important part of places because if you ain't treated right who wants to feel unwelcomed? Family health is way more respectful and treat people welcomed. Since I switched 2 years ago I haven't had no problems. I recommended that place to anyone

My girls and i have been patient's for over 8 yrs and lately they have been dropping the ball! Checked in for my daughter's physicals at 2:20, appt was @2:30, sat in my car for 30+ minutes, when i walked in, the asst said she was about to call me, then put me and my 3 daughters in a small hot room only to given paper work, which could of been given to me when i checked in! Its 3:42 and a dr is yet to come in and start these physicals, definitely going to be looking for a new doctor!! This is ridiculous!!!

Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Nurses are very polite and professional and work fast. Well maintained office. I can say out of all the clinics I've visited this has by far been the best at communication, attentiveness, &cleanliness,
