Pacific Pediatric Cardiology

The whole staff is so sweet, professional, and helpful. Dr. Bravo checked my baby girl and he is polite and confident in his diagnoses which as a first time parent is comforting. The place is also very clean and organized.

my son had an appointment for February 1, 2022 10:00 am we arrived that day and they say that it does not appear in the system as it does not come out if the receptionist gave me the appointment she gave me the address the name of the doctor and the number of the room #1300 and they say they don't have an appointment, please, my son had an exam that day and he had to miss school for his appointment with the cardiologist, I asked for the absence sheet, they told me they were going to give it to me and they didn't they gave me apart from paying for the parking, they make me come another day and since we arrived 5 minutes late because the parking lot was full, they tell me that I can't attend to my son. because we are late, after speaking with the supervisor Miriam they tell me yes They will attend to him if I wait, then they make me fill out my son's medical history, they ask me for my ID and my son's insurance, they make a copy of it, so that in the end they tell me that they cannot attend to him even though his insurance did cover it, they simply did not they wanted. and I realized why another lady arrives and tells the receptionist Jasmin that she is at the window answering, I'm sorry I'm late, and although her appointment was at 2:40, she arrived at 3:00 but they were attended to instead by the receptionist Jasmin told him not to worry... So we were discriminated against. And that is not done, because they discriminated against us and apart from that we still pay for parking and the cardiologist did not see my son. simply if they did not want attend my son they would have told me from the beginning. Because there're many hospitals and better ones. Very bad service. And the receptionist doesn't even have her badge say her name. I had to ask her name

This building is a multi-faceted Dr's office. Many Drs, many specialties. It has 4 (four) floors. The bottom floor is LL for Lower Level, and the other floors are 1 through 3. The main entrance is floor 1 and has a front desk for help just inside. The front desk isn't always staffed. There are 3 (three) elevators so the waiting time to get to another floor is very fast, and the speed of these elevators are also fast. Each floor has a physician directory opposite the elevators. The 1st (first) floor, on the North side (towards the street - Cesar Chavez), in between the front entrance and the elevators are both an ATM and a snack only vending machine with no beverages (1 of each) which the vending machine accepts both credit/debit cards and cash. The suites are well marked and easy to find the one you're looking for.

This facility is the worst my grandma had an approved referral, the two girls in the front were so unprofessional and didn't want to do their job. She was giving me the run around said they had never approved it. Long story short it was approved they found the approval in their fax, I decided to take her somewhere else if they can't find a simple paper what makes me think they will call me to follow up with appointments. Horrible service

Very unprofessional group .. They change your appointment one day prior to your visit and if you can't come you have to reschedule for another month ... do not book appointments here please
