The staff, doctors, and nurses at Kaiser were all very kind and professional. However, we ended up waiting over 7 hours for a procedure that only took about 20 minutes. The long wait was frustrating, especially given how efficient the actual procedure was.

New hospital was built bringing upgraded rooms for hospitalized members. Physicians are fast and knowledgeable with access to the centralized patient electronic medical records system. This location services a high demand community.

Excellent caring doctors and staff. I have private insurance but I prefer getting care at Kaiser. They saved my husband's life. Clean facility in OR.UCLA you will get treatment from trainee doctors most of the time.

Dr prescribed an ultrasound "stat". We dropped everything and went to this LA radiology department and John (very kind) in radiology told us his lead "Neda" said too bad we can't get it they don't take any walk in, even for "stat" order. We asked to speak to the supervisor and the supervisor said they could get us in.

Great place to go have Speech Therapy, I see Christina Salvi, she has taught me so much and has helped a great deal I also seen Jeffrey he taught me as well. But I mostly seen Christina Salvia and she has went above and beyond to teach my vowels and readings, therapy and massage for neck I had a bad sinus infection had laryngitis and was not able to talk. Christina has been so patient with me, I have Dysphona. Now when I see people raising their voice when they're sick I tell them please don't do that you're hurting your voice. Talk gently.
