I had an appointment at this clinic, and Virginia welcomed me with a big smile and made sure I had everything I needed. She was so kind.I have to say I was really nervous, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly, which helped me relax a lot. This was my second time coming here, and both now and the previous time, her attitude was exactly the same. I wish all service providers were as friendly and caring as she is. THIS is the clinic to go to. The immigration process is so stressful but everyone in this office made the process so much easier. I went with my mom to translate if needed but I didn't need to after all. Alex at the front was so nice and explained everything to my mom in Spanish so she knew the process and Virginia was a sweetheart and took very good care of my mom. Whole staff on point! Definitely recommend.
This has been one of the most amazing office visits I have ever experienced. All of the staff is extremely friendly and warm. They are also extremely knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I have sent my whole family here and I highly reccomend this place to anyone!
Dr Ram's personnel is great! Virginia made me feel at easy and is a lovely human being. She walked me through the whole process and made is easy. The young man in the front, Alex is very polite and answered all my questions, out of all the offices I called Alex was the most polite person and was very patient, that's why I chose this office and I'm so glad I did. Dr Baudy is wonderful and explained what I needed to have done. If I could give it more stars I would . Family medical center is the place to get your immigration completed. Thank you everyone !
