East Los Angeles Cardiology

I'm giving one star rating because zero was not an option. The absolute worst, unprofessional and incompetent Cardiology center. Had a 3:00 appointment. Waited for an hour with others who were seen after we arrived. Front office staff were unhelpful, rude and should not be allowed to address patients. Took payment for an appointment before being seen. I strongly discouraged anyone and everyone to avoid this awful location and go anywhere but here.

Wish I could leave screen shots on how's these guys talk Tony Lopez should be fired. I'd give zero but no options. Find a better facility with humans that care

I had an appointment at 10:30am and the doctor did not see me until 1pm in supposedly they are closed for lunch at 12:30 to 130 so they do not answer phones or see any patients but they stop answering calls at 12 that makes no sense

Review gets 1 star because you cant give them any less. Front staff is the worst most disgusting service. They cancelled my appointment because i wasn't able to answer a call late evening before appointment. But when i returned the call 2min later no one answered, i left a message and recording says on call Dr. Will call back in 30min yet that call was never returned. The person called "DR" by the staff isn't a doctor but she answers patients only when they call her "Dr"... when I asked to speak to a real DR. Staff said " it's the same thing"?? Rude and unprofessional.

I wouldn't blame the employees for poor service. The administration refuses to hire additional staff to help with long hold times and in patient wait times. You can no longer leave voicemail. I would encourage everyone that has experienced poor care to file a complaint with the California medical board
