Very rude customer service. severely lacking in communication. most the time they do not answer their phones and never call back. nightmare just trying to find out basic information. very unsettling feeling when you have no idea what your treatment plan is or what they are trying to authorize or when they make you do all the legwork for them and blame ins. co.s who actually say what dr is telling is not true. like pulling teeth with them to ever get any information. they do not understand other people are busy to. this place does not care about you or your health at all. they just want more money from higher ins. codes that they try to make you get for them. total disgusting nightmare from day none. shame on this dr and his staff especially. they dont answer the phone sometimes from 12-4pm.
