Dr. Hooman Madyoon

My first visit was fine the doctor seems knowledgeable and caring. However, it appears they are short staffed because my prescription for medication has not been sent in and it has been a week! i worked with my aunt for years at a clinic and scrips don't take this long to be called in to the pharmacy it's a quick process. I also need authorization and reading reviews it seems this will honestly be a delay if they don't make the request. After coming from years of care with a cardiology clinic with amazing staff-it appears there is a problem if I can't get a prescription that doc says I urgently need?

I called this Dr. Hooman Madyoon office to schedule an appointment a month ago and was left on hold for 15 minutes. I called again to schedule an appointment per my doctor request was put on hold for eight minutes after I informed the receptionist I am a new patient referred by my doctor. I called back immediately and the receptionist did not ask any questions just put me on hold. I called back again being persistent, perplexed that a cardiologist is providing bad service and left a message of how concerning the behavior was. What I find most disturbing is how does this doctor choose who he will see. Is it based on a clients name, are they selective by race, what is it that leads an office not to accept a new patient they never met in need of care for my heart. I will never visit an office that treats clients with ill intent and I could only imagine the horrific harm that would happen in this physician care. This was my experience, it's important to share what happened to me in order for others to be aware how people are being treated.

My first encounter with Dr. Madyoon was when my husband was in the hospital. Dr. Madyoon saved his life and so grateful for him. He later became my Cardiologist by simply encouraging me to get my heart and arteries checked because my age. His staff is professional and very welcoming. His Assistant and right hand Angie runs the office and keeps things straight she's the best and now I consider her a friend. If you want the best see Dr. Madyoon.

Dr. Madyoon is an excellent and highly knowledgeable cardiologist. He took his time to thoroughly examine my father and ensured that every aspect of his severe heart valve issues was carefully assessed. His expertise and dedication made a significant difference in my father's care, and I truly appreciate his efforts. A special thanks to Angie--she is incredibly supportive, efficient, and always willing to help. Her kindness and prompt assistance have been invaluable.

The staff is very nice and friendly. They took care of me very professionally. I have been a longtime patient and it's always been a nice experience to keep coming back. It is always a a pleasure to deal with Angie who runs the office. I feel Dr Madyoon is very thorough and knowledgeable and wants to make sure he finds out what is going on with me. My experience here has been very good. Thank you.
