Staff is grossly incompetent and egregiously rude. When I filed a complaint. The office assistant accused me of being a lair. They have trouble with every task and hide their mistakes from the doctor and blame the patients. I had trouble with every fax being sent and every fax sent out of their office my prescriptions where never filled on time. They never knew my pharmacy or my lab office, I visit the doctor 1 to 2 times monthly. (Heart Disease) The office assistant lied to me told me my dentist did not fax my request and to ask him to fax it again as she is hiding the fax in my file when she finally leaves me alone with my file I pull out the fax that she just told me they never received. The last time I saw the Dr I told him my syptoms are not changing, his response was "what do you want me to do nothing is wrong with you" Dr. Govidarajan became my primary Dr. January 1st 2018, I was with my last Dr. 10 years until he retired. I sure do miss him.....

Run from this Doctor and specially the staff! Staff is so unprofesional. First off, if you do not take the medication he recommends, regardless of the side effects you may experience, you're on the black list. MediCal would not approve some injections for diabetes and they offered to give me samples. When I arrived, the supposedly manager, said I could have 4. Afterwards, she changed her mind and gave me none. I was so upset because I had called before coming and missed work. They didn't care. The doctor will repremand you like a child. Call you fat too. So unprofessional.

Staff won't let me inside the clinic, copy of result ask for payment ... no pay no copy of result...

Here with my brother and the assistant here have a badd attitude / customer Service, she need to learn to deal with her job, can't help if she there by herself, seem like she is sort of angry, cause she is there alone and the other person on lunch,

We called from another doctors office for urgent records and the staff put me on hold for about an hour.
