DR. GALLIK TOOK CARE OF MY DAD FROM 2012 TO 2018. SHE WAS VERY GOOD AND UNDERSTANDING WITH HIM.

Dr. Gallick was the consultant EP cardiologist for my mother. As a fellow physician, I can attest that she was thorough, listened to the concerns, and had a very reasonable and sound approach to solving the problems. Most importantly, she was ethical in her decision-making. I was very happy with the care, and I can see that she will be arising star!

Dear Dr. Gallik, You performed a catheter ablation on me back in 2010; my heart seems to be ticking well. Thanks in great part to you, I have never needed to take medication. Thank you for being compassionate and empathetic all those years ago. I remember you fondly.

I don't have the best insurance but I'm treated like everybody else when I go to this office. This doctor treats me like any other patient, she listens to me doesn't rush me out of the office is very rare to find somebody like her that actually cares. I feel very blessed to have somebody like her that understands what I'm going through because my general physician you care less about me. My mom passed away from heart issues in 2008, if my mom would have had a cardiologist like this lady I know she would have lived a longer life and not pass away at 48 years old. I wish more doctors were like her. And not to mention the staff is absolutely amazing.

Since I wrote the message below with one star my interaction with Dr. Gallik has been wonderful. The receptionist didn't explain to Dr. Gallik who called me and was apologetic and she asked me to come to the office and made the appointment herself. It was a misunderstanding and Dr. Gallik was kind, professional, and caring. She had my tests results and took time to discuss with me my concerns. I went back another time and she was very understanding and happy that my blood pressure was low and that I have lost 5 pounds. I will be back in December. I am very disappointed that I went on Monday, April 16, 2018 for my 2:00 p.m. appointment To see Dr. Gallik for the third time. when I got to the office after a long drive, expensive parking, delay elevators, the male receptionist told me that he was calling me to let me know that the doctor had an appointment and was leaving early. I said that on Friday, April 13 I received a voice message saying to confirm the Monday appointment and to call them back and I did. The message said nothing about a change of time. He called "Jose" and asked him if I were informed of the change from 2 to 12:30 and Jose replied that whatever he wrote. What is really upsetting is that I was waiting in the office when I hear the doctor said "she was two hours late, no I can't see her..." and the male receptionist said nothing about the office failed communication. Why would anybody go to a doctor's office two hours later and expected to be seen? How could she not understand that she decided to cancel her appointments because she had an appointment and be so unkind. I thought doctors were more compassionate. Dr. Gallik and her office staff couldn't care less about patients. Obviously, I am not seeing this doctor anymore. She cares less for other's time.
