I had an appointment today with Dr. Kim and I speak from the heart (pun intended) when I tell you how wonderful she was. No one loves going to the cardiologist (scary) but Dr. Kim is informed, empathetic, educated and truly showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. Her entire staff was friendly and efficient while Gina at the front desk went above and beyond to get me an appointment. I never felt rushed as Dr. Kim took the time to listen to my concerns ( as well as a few stories about my life). I highly recommend Dr. Kim and am grateful I had the privilege of seeing her.

To start off having an appointment at a specific time doesn't mean anything here except that you get to come and be seen here for that specific day.
First thing they make you do is wear those stupid masks and you are pretty much forced otherwise they threaten to kick you out and provide no service.
Second after the cardiogram I was supposed to see the doctor. The doctor took almost 2 hours to show up. No one cares if you have to go to work or anything they do as they please and don't value your time.
The staff is rude and acts like they hate their life and don't want to be there.
All and all avoid this place at all cost since there is no professionalism or care from any of the members there.

I truly enjoyed meeting Dr. Kim especially since I have a phobia about doctors. She was warm and friendly. But most of all, she actually listened to everything I said patiently and her feedback was so encouraging. All my concerns were addressed, and I left feeling very confident that my healthcare was in good hands. This time around, my annual visit will be within 12 months instead of years.
