Dianne Storey, M.D.

Dr. Storey has been my primary care physician for many years. She's friendly, listens to you, and when extra time is needed, she doesn't rush out the door. Depending on your medical situation, she provides alternative solutions before choosing to prescribe a medication and carefully monitors your health. She stays abreast of the latest research (e.g, vaccines, flu strands) and is able and willing to talk you through the options - allowing the patient to ask questions and make an informed decision. She and the care team are responsive to email messages (through the Sutter app). If you're looking for a new primary, I highly recommend Dr. Storey.

I have been a patient of Dr. Storey for many years. Recently had an annual exam and am reminded of just how well she listens to her patients' concerns. Dr. Storey keeps informed on relevant GP topics such as vaccines (side effects, impact to higher-risk patients, etc), new proven diagnostics, new treatments and her patients' personal health updates. She provides sound advice and breaks complex medical tasks into small manageable steps so her patient won't feel overwhelmed. She is compassionate and kind. I wish I could say this about all doctors in the bay area but cannot. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Storey after moving to the area.

I have been a patient of Doctor Storey for 5 years or so and she has been by far the best PCP I have ever had. Her approach clearly shows that she genuinely cares about the health and wellbeing of her patients. She carefully listens to all I have to share regarding the reason of my appointment, asks a bunch of very relevant questions, carefully performs her exam, checks results of past tests to compare them with most recent ones, orders new ones if needed and always shares very detailed steps regarding the best course of action. I appreciate that she always makes sure that I leave the exam room after all my questions have been answered. I do feel in very good hands with Doctor Storey and I am very grateful to be one of her patients.
