Very disappointed in the ability to contact Dr. Fischer, unless making an appointment in the future. No return calls from DR. Delayed return calls from Nursing. Very personable in person,. Takes time to talk to you, but absolutely unreachable at any other time. The nurses only reply is " if you have problem, go to ER".
I was very pleased with my visit and the genuine and detailed "discussion" not just a battery of questions, that Dr. Fischer used. At one point i jokingly asked if he could be my PCP. I have struggled to get this level of patient care for 2 years. The reception staff and nurses were professional, kind and very happy to help. I can imagine at times that Dr's grow weary of the process too, i can usually tell, as im sure many of us can. I didn't have that impression at any time. To have a lengthy visit and walk away with a planned approach to my options was extremely different from past Dr's. Despite my health issues i can say actually look forward to my Dr. Fischer visits, and the progress they may bring.
One of the best doctors I've ever visited. Truly interested in my well-being. Personable.
Their phone system is the worst and the staff has trouble communicating.. Be prepared to call back several times because you are cut off or transferred to voice mail.
