They gave my mother an appt. Confirmed the appointment then told her she was 30 mins early. Since I had to leave work to take her that was a problem. They did that without yelling "in case" she didn't fill out the paperwork. clearly don't respect peoples time. She asked her Dr. For her another referral to a place that is less of a conyeorbelt and more actual patient care. Which us not part of the Burger King of heart care that this place is

I have been a patient since March 2022. I have brought my mother in law to see Dr Witter in prior year and we have always been treated well and with care. They are very busy and seems well staffed. Every staff seems to have their own role and I do not see any confusion. I do agree calling in for appointment might seem like a long wait for next appointment but with last three years, all doctors offices are swamped especially with cardiovascular and pulmonary issues. I agree we should grade Dr for their care, professionalism and efficiency and this office has it all. To run a medical office has changed a lot since Covid and most will have staffing issues. A physician can only serve so many patients at one time and requesting to speak to a physician let alone a specialist to see if you can get in for a new patient appointment is almost unheard of. The quickest way is have your primary Dr evaluate you first and ask your primary Dr if he or she can facilitate your appointment by calling the specialist by your Primary Dr.

Dr Steven Forman is an excellent Cardiologist. I was referred to him 15 years ago by my trusted Primary Care Physician, when I had a heart related emergency. He responded immediately and treated me like I'd been his patient forever, and became a partner in my healthcare. I moved out of the area for nearly a decade then moved back two years ago. He accepted me back and we continued care like I'd never left. He's no nonsense and tells you what you need to hear, then offers individualized solutions to get you back on track. I'm grateful to have a skilled physician of his caliber on my healthcare team.

I hate giving bad reviews. But stay away from this place. In February 2021 I noticed some heart palpitations. I immediately made an appointment with my general doctor who referred me here. I called and they didn't have an appointment until March for the consult. So I turn out for the consult. I need some tests done which they didn't have an appt until May 18th!!! So I took that appt.When they took my appt for May 18th for the tests they told me you can come back in one week for a follow up. So I made that appt as well, which was scheduled for tomorrow May 25th. I just got a call and the tests results take 2 weeks so they can't see me. But get this they don't have an appt until June 24th!!!!!!!! The lady said thats how long it takes to get test results back. Well if you knew that why did you schedule me a week later for results?? They could have rescheduled me two weeks out. But no I have to wait another month just to get my results???? I am so disappointed!!!Stay away guys!!!
