Dr. Adrian Shandling

Dr. Shandling and his staff are amazing. He has been taking care of me for over 25 years. If it wasn't for this man and the good Lord Above, I would not still be here. They are very professional knowledgeable, patient and caring you're not just a patient to them they're very compassionate and caring. Your life is great in their hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone and who I have recommended them to love him the same way I do I would give them 20+ stars if I could.

I received a collections notice for a Zio Monitor worn in December 2024 by a different patient. Dr. Shandling's office entered my information into the billing portal for iRhythm technologies even though I had not been seen in that office since 2010. As I had moved out of the area 15 years prior, I never received any bill and the bill was sent to collections. It took multiple phone calls over several days to get anyone to help look into this case. Finally, the billing manager at Dr. Shandling's office admitted that someone entered my information instead of the correct patient's information so I was being billed for the service that patient received. I don't understand how this could have happened as I had not visited that office for 15 years, my chart should have been archived. There was no mention of how this happened or what would be done to prevent it from happening again. I'd think twice about coming here as mixing patient information is a serious concern and there were no/insufficient checks in place to ensure the correct information was entered.

Dr Shandling is my kind of doctor. He actually takes the time to listen and answer any questions you may have. I never feel rushed seeing him and his office workers/nurses are all so nice.
