Brought a very sick friend to their urgent care. Was greeted warmly and we were seen quickly. Wow, not what you anticipate?! It remained steadily busy yet the wait for everyone was short. They had the manpower to support the need! So very grateful. More over, from reception, intake and the actual doctor, EVERYONE treated us like we were family. They smiled, laughed, and were actively engaged! In our current healthcare crisis; this brand/location's performance was noteworthy. The doctor was thorough. My friend never felt rushed, appreciated the doctor's attention to detail, insight and much needed help. So very grateful for this exceptionally positive experience when it was so desperately needed! PS. It's the holidays and their Grinch decor was next level.

I've personally always had a quick and friendly turnaround every visit. We recently saw Dr. Graves in a last minute follow-up for my 3 month old. She was patient while we explained the situation. Then, she gave us detailed instructions on how to move forward with my daughters illness. Very reassuring as well while being super informative.

I had such a great experience during my meet-the-provider visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, which really helped ease any nerves I had. The provider took the time to introduce themselves, listen to my questions, and explain things clearly without making me feel rushed. I appreciated how thorough and patient they were, making sure I fully understood what to expect moving forward. The office itself was clean, organized, and very family-friendly, which gave me even more confidence in choosing this practice. Overall, I left the appointment feeling reassured, informed, and very comfortable knowing my care is in good hands. Highly recommend!

Stepping into urgent care, I couldn't shake off the nerves. However, Dr. Hsieh instantly put me at ease with her kindness and understanding. She took her time, asking me plenty of questions and offering insightful advice. It was my first visit to Memorial Care Urgent Care, and I was pleasantly surprised by the unhurried, genuine care I received. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Hsieh for her exceptional patient care!

Doctor Vicki was great. She listened, was very intentional and made sure I got everything I needed while also making sure I knew what happened to me and what that meant. Helping explain the different treatments and insurances was very helpful. I got a helpful list of orthos along with the care I needed there and couldn't be more thankful. The empathy of understanding what the degree of broken my foot is as a runner was much appreciated as well. The entire staff was so kind and helpful.
