This is a fabulous doctor. He knows his profession from A to Z (and more). I trust him with "all my heart"! A very friendly doctor. I like his last name.It sounds like music. However, since everybody calls him Dr. Mike I do the same. The office staff, with Terry and Linne, are just as professional and friendly in their own fields. I love visiting this office. Amazing doctor! First of all, he lets you call him Dr. Mike, so don't think you are going to have to learn the last name. This doctor is amazing. I never feel like he is in a hurry to get to the next patient and unlike any other doctor I've seen in my adult life, I see more of him than his nurse. He is detailed and considerate. I highly recommend.
He is definitely the BEST cardiologist in the whole wide world. He shows concern, really care his patients and talk to the family. HE HAS THE BEST BEDSIDE MANNERS CALLED ETIQUETTE. Provide time to stay and talk to explain the patient's case / diagnosis. He is also a community leader and treats nurses professionals....VERY RARE FOR DOCTORS.
Kind and understanding to your needs. He listens to you and will ask for you opinion as to what would you both feel is the right treatment. (off the record, he won a Grammy awards) oh that is cute....off the record. I have never found a Dr. from the internet, however, the Dr. I had was not licensed for surgery, therefore, wanting to live a few more years I called Dr. and when asked why I chose Dr. Mik, I said I wanted a Dr that was not going to kill me. This was in 2009, and by golly I am still going. I love this man as a Dr. and friend. He has a team of office personnel, Terry will go through hell and high water to help you as well . One last thing, in my mailbox and not computer was a HAND WRITTEN NOTE EXPLAING SOME TEST results and telling me how nice it was seeing me! He is the best cardiologist anywhere. He takes time to listen to your issues and address them with care and concern. He touches on the whole person, not just a single issue.
