When I came through the ER at Long Beach memorial hospital, Dr Waider came and checked on me every single day! I am most definitely going to see him! He is awesome and I felt so cared for! I appreciate it how he asked me how I felt and then explained to me what was going on with me; just great!
He saved my life! When I had 2 normal EKGs after having a 4 day back pain, he promptly recognized the "blockage" signs on a treadmill test which he immediately stopped. I needed immediate stents followed by triple by-pass surgery. Not only is he deservedly highly recommended, he is a very caring person.The first portion of my comments was written 10-12 years ago, the initial emergency care being 2001, and now at December 2024 opinion is more positive. I am especially impressed with his mid week or weekend photo calls to "check on me." Outstandingly caring.
